Looking Back

Throughout life I have always reminisced about all of the events that have helped me grow stronger, and wiser as an individual; most of these lessons were taught by people who didn't even know that the experience they brought me, taught me. I am always ready to learn something new, hopefully valuable to the foundation of myself. It has been a year since my first album was released; and with this release; very interesting and amazing people started showing up in my life, some showed up for a few hours in a day, and some have become great friends that I see on a regular basis. Call me grateful, because that is what I am; for every single person that has ventured into my life, and every experience that they have brought me. These past few years while working on my musical projects, I have been drowned with lessons "lessons of patience", and I do my best to stay calm and allow the process to unfold. Understanding that these are all lessons, is what keeps me sane as I diligently focus on the projects I have allowed in my life. One thing I have become better at, is knowing when to put the task aside and breathe, anything but the project at hand! Some getaways last for a few moments, and some take up the majority of the day, but that is okay, because this balance allows harmonized living; knowing when to stop and care for myself is the most important thing. After all this is done, I find that creating flows, and I hardly ever lose my patience.  As the days pass I hope to master the art of patience for a steadier flowing and fully grounded life. The trick for me, is to allow the journey of life to flow; while knowing where you want to go.

If you are reading this, and we have met, thank you for showing up.
